Our Killeen/Fort Hood area client contacted us at Harker Heights Ceramic Coatings about conducting a full auto detail of this Chevy Silverado 1500 in a stunning blue, and sealing it with a wax or sealant. Instead, we used SB3 Coatings Solo ceramic coating, which will last a year instead of just a few weeks or months (as with a wax or sealant).
We conducted a full inside and out auto detail of the vehicle, as well. During this detail we were able to try out a new product we are testing for Autofiber, called “Mitt on a Stick” – Mitt on a Stick is basically a plush microfiber wash mitt at the end of an adjustable, angled pole, which allowed us to reach areas of the truck that would typically require us to use our Gorilla platforms we got from Home Depot in Killeen. This saved us a TON of time on the exterior washing!
Now that this vehicle is cleaned up and sealed in with a one year ceramic coating, it will be much, much easier for the client to clean going forward!
